Measurements in the health check
The health check begins with each employee completing an online health screening, which provides an overview of relevant health metrics. A trained health consultant then takes physical measurements to supplement the digital data collection.
The results form the basis for an individual consultation, during which the counselor uses a coaching approach to help the employee set realistic and personalized health goals. The consultation focuses on motivation and practical tools for improving health habits.
As a follow-up, employees gain access to the DigiHealth digital platform, which offers additional inspiration, health assessments, and tools. In this way, the health check helps to enhance employee well-being and support long-term improvements in their lifestyle.
