Measurements in the health check
The health check is conducted by a qualified healthcare consultant, who ensures a professional and comfortable process. First, the employee completes an online health screening, which serves as the basis for the physical measurements taken at the workplace.
This is followed by a one-on-one coaching session that focuses on the employee’s unique health needs and goals. This approach encourages realistic and sustainable health changes through personalized advice and support.
As a follow-up, the employee gains access to the DigiHealth digital platform, which offers inspiration, knowledge, and tools to help them continue working on their health. In this way, the health check contributes to long-term improvements in well-being and quality of life.
