Subsequently, we offer follow-up with our healthcare professionals (if selected) as well as anonymized company reporting.

Measurements in the health check
A workplace health check at Health Group is always conducted by a qualified healthcare consultant, who ensures a professional assessment. The process begins with the employee completing an online health screening, followed by physical measurements such as blood pressure, heart rate, and body composition.
An individual health consultation is then conducted, focusing on the employee’s own needs and goals. This personalized, coaching-based approach helps set realistic goals and fosters motivation for lasting health improvements.
As a follow-up, the employee gains access to the DigiHealth digital platform, where they can find inspiration, track their health data, and use tools to support a healthier lifestyle in the long term.
