Measurements in the health check
A healthcare consultant oversees the health check, which begins with an online health screening that the employee completes in advance. This is followed by physical measurements that provide a concrete picture of each employee’s state of health.
The results form the basis for a personalized coaching session focused on identifying realistic health goals and supporting the employee in achieving them through tailored guidance.
Following the consultation, employees are given access to the DigiHealth digital platform, which serves as a resource center offering inspiration and in-depth insights. In this way, the health check becomes a tool for promoting long-term improvements in employee well-being and health.
