Measurements in the health check
The health check begins with the employee completing a digital health screening, which serves as the basis for the subsequent physical measurements. A trained health consultant conducts both the measurements and the personal consultation.
In a confidential and supportive conversation, the consultant uses the individual’s health profile as a starting point to set realistic and motivating goals. This approach ensures that the employee receives concrete tools to improve their health and well-being.
As a follow-up, participants are offered access to DigiHealth, a digital platform featuring inspiration, health data, and tools that support lasting health-promoting changes and improvements in daily life.
