Measurements in the health check
A healthcare consultant conducts the health check, which begins with an online health screening completed by the employee. Physical measurements are then taken to obtain an accurate picture of the individual’s health status.
Based on this data, a personalized, coaching-style health consultation is conducted, focusing on realistic and individualized goals for the employee’s well-being and health. Through dialogue, the consultant supports the employee in finding ways to achieve lasting improvements in health.
