Measurements in the health check
A health check-up is conducted by an experienced health consultant, who begins with an online health screening to assess the employee’s current state of health. This is followed by physical measurements that provide an accurate picture of factors such as blood pressure, weight, and fitness level.
Based on the screening and assessments, the consultant conducts a personalized, coaching-style health consultation focused on individual needs and goals. The goal is to help the employee set realistic and meaningful health-related goals.
As a follow-up, employees gain access to the DigiHealth digital platform, where they can find inspiration, track their progress, and gain further health insights. In this way, the health check helps promote lasting improvements in employees’ well-being and health.
