Measurements in the health check
A health consultant conducts the health check by first having the employee complete an online health screening, followed by physical measurements at the workplace. This combination provides a detailed and personalized overview of the individual’s health status.
Based on the data collected, an individual coaching session is held, during which the employee receives support in setting realistic and motivating goals for better health and well-being. The focus is on a personalized approach tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences.
As a follow-up, employees gain access to the DigiHealth digital platform, where they can find inspiration, health insights, and tools for further development. In this way, the health check helps create lasting improvements in employee well-being.
