Measurements in the health check
A health check begins with the employee completing an online health screening, which forms the basis for the subsequent assessment. A health consultant then measures blood pressure, weight, and fitness in a relaxed environment at the workplace.
The results form the basis for an individual coaching conversation, in which the consultant helps the employee set realistic goals for health and well-being. The conversation focuses on strengthening motivation and adapting recommendations to the individual's lifestyle.
As a follow-up, employees are given access to the DigiHealth digital platform, where they can find inspiration, articles, and their own health data. In this way, the health check supports the long-term development of employees' well-being and health.
