Measurements in the health check
A health check-up with Health Group begins with the employee completing an online health screening, which provides an overview of their current health status. A trained health consultant then conducts physical measurements and assessments directly at the workplace.
This dialogue is personalized and based on coaching principles, in which the employee is supported in setting realistic and individualized health goals. The conversation focuses on both well-being and prevention to foster motivation for long-term habits.
After the health checkup, the employee gains access to the DigiHealth digital platform, which offers ongoing inspiration, insights, and tools to support a healthy lifestyle. In this way, the health checkup contributes to a long-term improvement in employee well-being.
