Get help with complex issues with process consultation
Health Group A/S organizes and implements a wide range of activities and processes aimed at a specific need in the company. You will therefore receive professional help with the problems that may arise in the psychological working environment. The collaboration is typically based on an initial mapping (APV or well-being survey), where the need for a process is documented.
After this, there will typically be an initial meeting with our process consultant, where the task and the need for consultancy assistance are examined and clarified. Based on this meeting, a proposal for design and implementation is prepared, which is discussed and agreed upon before we proceed with the process.
There can be significant advantages in involving an external resource that can look at the organization from the outside and ask relevant questions for development. Our consultants have extensive experience - also with the particularly complex issues of the psychological work environment.
