Measurements in the health check
A health check-up at Health Group is conducted by an experienced healthcare consultant, who ensures a professional and reassuring process. First, an online health screening is completed, followed by physical measurements that provide an accurate picture of the employee’s current state of health.
This is followed by a personalized, coaching-style health consultation that focuses on each employee’s individual needs and goals. With the consultant’s support, realistic goals are set that encourage positive, long-term health changes.
As a follow-up, the employee gains access to the DigiHealth digital platform, which offers inspiration, new health insights, and tools. In this way, the health check becomes an active tool for promoting sustained well-being and wellness in the workplace.
