    We offer nationwide counseling. Our experienced, nationwide cessation counselors use evidence-based methods to help employees and companies achieve lasting tobacco and nicotine freedom.

    Our goal is to help employees and companies create a healthier, smoke- and nicotine-free everyday life - without finger pointing, but with professional advice and effective tools. 

    Over the years, we have helped more than 30,000 Danish smokers, including employees from Novo Nordisk, Topdanmark, Per Aarsleff, Haldor Topsøe and Vestforbrænding.

    We have a proven success rate of 71% permanent quitters after six months. It's not about quitting - it's about staying quit!

    Corporate tobacco and nicotine-free training courses

    Our stop-start course spans 7 regular meetings, ensuring thorough and continuous support during the process. 

    The course is organized as follows:

    • 1st meeting: (week 1) 1.5 hours: Preparing the stop

    • 2nd meeting: (week 2) 1.5 hours: Preparing the stop

    • 3rd meeting: (week 3) 1.5 hours: Preparing the stop

    • 4th meeting: (week 4) 1.5 hours: Tobacco and nicotine free approx. 3 days

    • 5th meeting: (week 5) 1.5 hours: Tobacco and nicotine free for about 10 days

    • 6th meeting: (week 7) 1.5 hours: Tobacco and nicotine free for about 3 weeks

    • 7th meeting: (week 9/10) 1.5 hours: Tobacco and nicotine free 5-6 weeks

    The first three meetings are the most crucial, as this is where the participants are equipped, motivated and prepared to quit smoking. It's crucial that everything falls into place in this phase - when it does, the rest of the process becomes easier. That's why it's important to make sure that participants are able to attend the first two or three meetings.

    There is room for a maximum of 6 participants per team.

    Motivation and fighting spirit as tools for quitting smoking

    Motivation and fighting spirit

    The Tobacco and Nicotine Cessation course is put together as a group course, as our experience is that it strengthens both motivation and "fighting spirit".

    Participants feel that they are part of a group where their efforts mean something - both for themselves and for the other participants. Evaluations show that participants often highlight the community, the group and the opportunity to share experiences as one of the most valuable aspects of the program.

    Training covers topics such as motivation, health benefits of quitting, smoking habits, withdrawal, diversion techniques, nicotine addiction, psychological addiction, use of assistive devices, and dealing with any weight challenges after quitting.

    At each session, we offer a carbon monoxide measurement - the only instantaneous measurement that shows smokers the positive effect of quitting smoking on the body.

    Quitting smoking together - but also focusing on the individual

    The sessions combine teaching with active involvement of the participants. Teaching is supplemented with questions to the group, short participant rounds and exercises - both in plenary and small groups.

    This way, everyone becomes part of each other's stopping process and can benefit from shared experiences and knowledge. Participant rounds stimulate reflection and conversation, while creating balance in the group so that no one dominates and everyone feels included.

    Although the course takes place in groups, there is also a focus on the individual participant. Through exercises and individual conversations, we ensure that each person receives the necessary support and information to suit their specific needs.

    Tobacco and nicotine cessation is an important contribution to workplace health.

    The Danish smoking profile has changed significantly in recent years. "Occasional smokers" and other "light" smokers have largely given up cigarettes, while the remaining smokers often struggle with a stronger physical addiction.

    Our quit smoking course has a special focus on helping those who have tried to quit several times without success and who experience frustration, powerlessness and perhaps shame at not being able to leave smoking behind.
