Measurements in the health check
A health check is carried out by an experienced health consultant, who ensures a professional and safe process. First, the employee completes an online health screening, followed by physical measurements such as blood pressure, BMI, and fitness at the workplace.
An individual health consultation is then held, during which the consultant uses a coaching approach to support the employee in setting realistic and personal health goals. The focus is on creating motivation and tangible strategies for a healthier everyday life.
As a follow-up, employees gain access to the DigiHealth digital platform, where inspiration, health insights, and tools are available. This comprehensive health check helps promote long-term improvements in employee well-being and health.
