Measurements in the health check
A health consultant conducts the health checkup, focusing on a holistic and individualized approach. Prior to the appointment, the employee completes an online health screening, which provides an overview of their current health status. During the health checkup itself, physical measurements such as blood pressure and BMI are taken to supplement the digital assessment.
This is followed by a personalized, coaching-style conversation in which the employee receives support in identifying realistic goals and strategies for improving their own health. The consultant tailors recommendations to the individual’s specific situation and level of motivation, which promotes engaging and sustainable health initiatives.
As a follow-up, employees gain access to the DigiHealth digital platform, which offers inspiration, tools, and deeper insights into health data. This holistic process helps enhance employee well-being and supports long-term health improvements.
