Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

At Health Group, we use two systems for our healthcare services: Digihealth and the Technogym app, and we have collected the answers to the most frequently asked questions below. Our team training runs in several of the companies in the Technogym app. If you have any questions about this, you can find them at the bottom of the page.

Health checks and work environment

How to book your appointment:

In your email, find the email with the subject "Health Screening/HealthCheck" from no-reply@digihealth.dk and click on the link. Here you will be able to book an appointment and complete the health screening.  

How to create a profile:

Only applies if you have been assigned a self-creation link. Fill in your details and remember to sign up for the correct department if applicable. When logging in, use your own password first and then use the one-time code sent to you.

My user already exists:

  • Go to digihealth.dk
  • Select 'change password/change password'
  • Enter your email - and make sure it's correct
  • Enter your new code (at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and at least 8 characters)
  • Repeat the new code
  • Important: Activate new code via email sent to you
  • Log in with correct email and the new activated password
  • Here you will be sent a one-time code to your email that you need to use.
  • If it doesn't work, try a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer)

How to log in once your user is created:

Go to digihealth.dk and login with your details. If you can't remember your password, click 'Change password' and create a new one. Remember to activate your new password via your email. When you log in, you will be asked for a one-time password, which will also be sent to your email. 

How to reset your password

  • Go to digihealth.dk
  • Select 'change password/change password'
  • Enter your email - and make sure it's correct
  • Enter your new code (at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and at least 8 characters)
  • Repeat the new code
  • Important: Activate new code via email sent to you
  • Log in with correct email and the new activated password
  • Try a different browser if it doesn't work (e.g. Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer)

How to delete your time:

Log in with your details at digihealth.dk and click 'Booking'. Under 'My bookings' you can delete your appointment. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, you cannot delete it. Please send us an email at info@healthgroup.dk or call us on 7020 1626.

How to change your time:

Log in to digihealth.dk and click on 'Booking'. Under 'My bookings' you can delete your appointment. Then go to 'Book new appointment' to select a new appointment. To return to the front page, click on the symbol with the squares:

You cannot access booking:

If you are an employee in a company with multiple departments, it may be because you are assigned to a different department. Send us an email with information about which site you belong to and we will help you get access.

Why do we use one-time codes?

While not all of our healthcare services require the storage of personal health data, we use one-time codes as a general security measure for all users. This is because all services are handled through the same system. The one-time code protects access to your profile and ensures that only you can log in - regardless of the type of service you use. The code is sent to your email and is used after entering your personal code.

How to find your bookings

Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it. You can always log in to digihealth.dk and view your bookings under Booking -> My bookings.

Why can I only see certain services?

The services you have access to depend on the agreement your workplace has with Health Group. If you think something is missing, please contact us at info@healthgroup.dk with information about your workplace.

Technogym Apps

What is the best way to get started with the Technogym app?

The easiest way is to use the QR code from your gym.
The QR code guides you directly to download the app and automatically connects you to the right gym.


📍 The QR code is typically found in the fitness area or wherever training is advertised - for example on your intranet, a poster or bulletin board.

How does the QR code work?

  • Open the camera on your phone and scan the QR code.
  • You will automatically be redirected to the App Store or Google Play.
  • Download the app and follow the instructions.
  • You are automatically connected to your center - quick and easy.

What if I have already downloaded the app without using the QR code?

Open the app and log in -> Go to the menu and select "Join a gym" -> Enter the code or scan the QR code you received from your gym.

What do I do if I experience problems with the creation?

Check that you have an internet connection and make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Alternatively, you can try restarting the app.

If it still doesn't work, contact us at info@healthgroup.dk and send a screenshot of the challenge.

How do I buy a membership/subscription?

  • Go to the house icon at the bottom of the app (home screen).
  • Tap on "Purchase Membership".
  • Select the subscription that suits you and complete the payment.
