ISO 9001 certification is an international standard that ensures that Health Group meets customer requirements for quality in both products and services.

In addition to working systematically to ensure high customer satisfaction, the ISO 9001 standard is used to manage a wide range of areas such as quality audits, implementing continuous improvement, managing suppliers and driving innovation and product development.

DNV audits Health Group annually to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, including the Danish Medical Act, the Danish Journaling Order, the Personal Data Regulation, etc.
