Measurements in the health check
A health check-up at Health Group is conducted by an experienced healthcare consultant, who ensures a thorough and comfortable process. First, an online health screening is completed, followed by physical measurements that provide insight into the individual’s state of health.
Following the assessments, an individual coaching session is held that focuses on the employee’s personal needs and goals. This conversation boosts motivation and helps set realistic goals for a healthier daily routine.
As a follow-up, employees gain access to the DigiHealth digital platform, which offers inspiration, health insights, and tools to maintain and develop healthy habits. The health check is therefore an effective tool for promoting long-term well-being and health in the workplace.
