Measurements in the health check
A health consultant conducts the health check by first having the employee complete an online health screening, which serves as the basis for the next steps. Physical measurements are then taken to provide an accurate picture of the individual’s health status.
Based on this data, a personalized coaching session is held to help the employee set realistic and individualized health goals. This approach ensures that the guidance is motivating and tailored to each person’s unique situation.
As a follow-up, access is provided to the DigiHealth digital platform, which offers inspiration and the opportunity to further explore health data and tools. In this way, the health check supports long-term improvements in employees’ well-being and health.
