Follow-up and reporting
Subsequently, we offer follow-up with our healthcare professionals (if selected) as well as anonymized company reporting.

Measurements in the health check
A health check-up at Health Group is conducted by an experienced healthcare consultant who ensures a professional and reassuring process. To begin with, the employee completes an online health screening, which is supplemented by thorough physical measurements to provide a comprehensive picture of their health.
This is followed by an individual health consultation focused on coaching, where the employee’s personal needs and goals take center stage. This dialogue fosters motivation and provides concrete tools to promote healthier habits and realistic goals.
