Employee well-being is one of the key success factors for any company. Because happy employees are more engaged, loyal and motivated in their work.

    Typical wellbeing survey questions

Typical questions about the well-being survey

    What is a well-being survey?

A well-being survey or well-being measurement is an evidence-based mapping of well-being in your company. It is based on typical well-being topics - but always with a focus on specific challenges in the individual company.

It can be conducted as an in-depth mapping of the psychological work environment and general well-being in the department or as a smaller pulse survey with a few questions that cover the areas you want to gain insight into.

What is a heart rate measurement?

A pulse survey is a small questionnaire that typically contains 5-10 questions and only takes 5 minutes for your employees to complete. The pulse survey does not cover all wellbeing parameters, but it can shed light on areas that you want to follow up on in your organization.

For example, it could be parameters that a previous well-being survey or APV has identified as areas where there was room for improvement. It can also be questions that uncover employee well-being following a specific change or action plan in the organization.

How does the Health Group conduct a well-being survey?

In consultation with you, we will agree on a questionnaire so that we can accurately map employee wellbeing. This is an important process to ensure that the survey is adapted to the reality of your organization.

Once you have approved the questionnaire, we will collect employee responses via our online survey system. Afterwards, our consultants will analyze your results and prepare a report with recommendations for action plans and possible next steps. It's also possible to book a final meeting with our analytics consultants who can go through the report with you or present the results to AMU, management or similar.

As a follow-up to the well-being survey, we offer a wide range of advisory services, process consultation, workshops for upskilling health and safety representatives/managers and follow-up pulse measurements to see if you are moving in the desired direction.

What is your company's benefit from a well-being survey?

The survey identifies challenges that could be a stumbling block to well-being in your company. The results can form the basis of a concrete strategy to improve your employees' well-being at work.

What is the well-being survey benchmark?

With Health Group's well-being survey, you get the opportunity to compare your results with a benchmark from your own specific industry. Of course, this is only possible when you use our validated well-being and work environment questions, which our other current customers also use.

The HG benchmark is an average of Health Group's previous surveys over the previous years. This gives you a relevant basis for comparison. The HG benchmark is continuously updated, ensuring you the best and most current basis for comparison.
