As an analytics consultant at Health Group, my primary responsibilities are to analyze employee survey results (APV/well-being-surveys) for our customers and advise our customers' management and health and safety organization on next steps.
In addition, I specialize in facilitation and project management, which I use in the development of Health Group's IT system, DigiHealth, and in facilitating action plan workshops for our customers.
I have a background in HR and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from CBS, which has given me special knowledge of people in organizations and the mechanisms at play in the psychological work environment.
