It is crucial that Health Group's customers trust the digital services and internet-based products they access. However, from the outside looking in, it can be difficult to know whether or not Health Group has good IT security and handles data in a responsible and ethical way.

That's why Health Group has gone through an extensive process to become D-labeled.

With the D-mark, Denmark now has a special labeling scheme for IT security and responsible data use. The scheme clarifies which companies demonstrate digital responsibility and gives customers the opportunity to choose a responsible supplier that has cyber security under control.

The labeling scheme focuses on the individual company's work with cybersecurity - and there are strict requirements for companies that want to be labeled.

The criteria for the D-label are based on recognized international frameworks from European and national councils, committees and working groups. And to achieve the D-label itself, Health Group has undergone a structured process where the criteria play a key role.

Basically, all the criteria are worth addressing and include leadership, behavior, technology, supply chains, data management, privacy, algorithms, artificial intelligence and ethics.

As a customer, the D-mark can thus make it easier to make a judgment on a field of potential suppliers, as the mark makes it possible to choose a supplier and partner that works systematically with its data and its overall cybersecurity level.
