Natasja Gorski

Head of Employee Development and Management

About Natasja Gorski

I am Head of Employee Development and Leadership and responsible for our business leg 'Active Workplace', including Company Fitness.

I'm particularly interested in relationships - both among our strong team of employees, but also among our great partners and customers. Through good relationships and communication, we have created a trust-based work culture where we look out for each other in order to take good care of our customers.

At Health Group, we don't work with quantifiable KPIs, but rather with collegial dependency, psychological safety, employee involvement and meaningful work. This holistic management style has created Health Group's success and is one of the reasons why I have been with the company for no less than 12 years.

My most important job as a leader is to help maintain this enviable culture we've created, where there's time to go for a lunchtime run together and see our children during their waking hours - all while our customers recommend us to others and we hit our budget.
