Instructor
The following information is important and you are obliged, as an employee of the Health Group, to follow it. Please keep yourself updated here, as the information is updated regularly.
Procedure for scheduling hours less than 30 days in advance
You are responsible for swapping classes if you are prevented from teaching for any other reason. This means that you have to allocate the hours among yourselves. The Facebook page and the employee list have been created for this purpose. If you have not received an employee list, you can request one by sending an email to Pernille at pc@healthgroup.dk
Health Group understands that there may be an emergency situation where the above is not possible. In these cases, please call 30 14 50 71 / 42 90 15 14, which is open between 06.00 - 18.00.
Facebook should be seen as a platform where you can help each other book classes and Health Group can find instructors for new classes. It should therefore not be seen as a place where you can expect to communicate directly with us.
When changing shifts, please send an email with FIT in the subject field to info@healthgroup.dk, stating the following:
Company Team (name + time) Replacement

If you have agreed to a substitute hour, it is also your responsibility to reschedule the hour if you are unable to attend.

Abusive behavior
At Health Group, we do not tolerate offensive behavior - including bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination or other behavior that undermines the dignity and safety of the individual. We expect all employees and managers to show respect and consideration in their interactions with colleagues and customers. We have the same expectation for our customers and business partners.
If you feel that you or others are being subjected to abusive behavior, we encourage you to speak up in the situation. That way you can immediately signal that the behavior is not acceptable. However, we are also aware that it is not always possible to speak up immediately. If you subsequently feel that a situation has made you uncomfortable, it's still okay to speak up. It's important to us that you feel that you can get help, even if you didn't handle the situation in the first place.
If you experience abusive behavior, you can contact your immediate manager or Health Group's Head of Employee Development and Leadership, Natasja Gorski, who offers confidential sparring and can help assess and handle the situation.
Natasja can be contacted by phone: (+45) 42 90 15 14 or email: ng@healthgroup.dk.
When you approach your line manager or Natasja, the process is as follows:
1. Confidential conversation: You are met with openness and listened to. Together, you assess the severity and scope - and whether it requires further action. You agree on how to handle the situation. If you just needed sparring and don't want further action, the matter is not taken any further than this first step.
2. Follow-up: If necessary, relevant parties are involved - with respect for discretion and your wishes.
3. Action: Actions can be taken, such as conversations, mediation or other forms of follow-up.
4. Feedback: You will always be followed up on and you have the opportunity to give feedback on how the process went.
It's important to us that you feel safe when you contact us. We take every request seriously, and there will never be any negative consequences for you for speaking up or seeking help.
