Reporting in the Danløn app

Specifically for health consultants

Follow the instructions above.

In Danløn app, working hours are reported under - Hours → Type (payroll hours, health check → units ( most often 7.25). The hours are written as decimal numbers. For example, a standard shift is 08:15 to 15:30 - this corresponds to 7.25 hours.

Night allowance in the time period 23:00-05:00 - to be reported separately under: Hours → Type (night allowance → Units (e.g. 6.0).

Reporting of driving time

In the Danløn app, report total km round trip minus 50 km.

Example.

If you drive a total of 250 km on a shift from Health Group's offices in Holte or Aarhus and back, here's the calculation:

250 km, minus 50 km = 200 km

In the Danløn app, driving time is reported under the tab Hours → Type → Driving hours → Units 200

In the description note. Customer company name and location: e.g. Lundbeck, Lumsås

Payment for time spent driving is DKK 2 per km driven over 50 km.

The above example results in a DKK 400 payment for driving time.

When driving your own car, in addition to the above compensation, you can also make use of transportation via SKAT.

!!!Hours MUST be reported day by day!!!
