A long-term partnership with Health Group
In 2007, headmaster Søren Skjødt approached Health Group with a request for a workplace assessment (APV) tailored to the organization. The purpose then, as now, was to gain a solid understanding and knowledge of colleagues and their well-being as well as recruitment.
Since 2007, Godhavn has had a close collaboration with Health Group, where we, in addition to delivering APV's, have performed health checks of all the organization's employees every two years.
Thus, Godhavn has gained greater knowledge and insight into the individual and overall health picture in the organization, which could be used to set the framework for where and which initiatives should be implemented among the employees at Godhavn.
Decisions with a professional basis
Godhavn has benefited greatly from the results that have been derived from their APV. These results have clarified the future direction for employee well-being, professional development and special focus areas. At the same time, Godhavn can now make decisions based on a solid professional foundation rather than assumptions.
The goal of the regular health checks has been to give each colleague an overall insight into their own state of health - and the employees have received this. At the same time, Godhavn can use the results to look at the overall health picture in the organization and where it is necessary to take action to make a difference among employees.
Health Group has always managed to adapt its services to Godhavn's wishes, which is why headmaster Søren Skjødt highly recommends Health Group as a business partner.
