I am the project coordinator for 'Active Workplace' at Health Group. Here I work to integrate physical activity and health-promoting initiatives in workplaces together with companies. I believe that engaging in physical activity together can strengthen community and job satisfaction while creating a more productive workplace.

My main task is to work with companies to understand and match their needs so that together we can create the best framework for a workplace in motion. It is the good relationship that creates the path to success. That's why I appreciate the close dialog with my partners and my good team of instructors, where there is room for sparring and development.
