As a project coordinator in the health department, I focus on developing and implementing health checks for companies. I have a keen eye for customizing health initiatives to suit the individual company and its employees.

Since joining Health Group in 2023 as a Health Consultant, I have drawn on my background as a Bachelor and Master in Sports Science to advise companies on health and well-being. My passion is to create lasting improvements in employee health and I find great value in contributing to a healthier workplace.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth process where both companies and employees experience constructive and positive development. A successful project for me is when the customer can take away concrete, sustainable tools to promote both individual and organizational health.
