Acture, a leading Dutch company within well-being and absence management, takes a major step in its European development with the acquisition of Danish Health Group A/S. The acquisition marks an important milestone in Acture's growth strategy in Europe, strengthens the company's presence across the continent and provides a solid foundation for further development in Scandinavia.

Acture employs around 600 people and is a strong player in workers' compensation insurance and digital health solutions. In recent years, the company has invested heavily in acquisitions, including four German digital health companies. With the acquisition of Health Group, Acture is taking the next step in its European development.

For Health Group, the acquisition means new growth opportunities and access to a broader range of healthcare and insurance solutions that will benefit both customers and employees.

"When I founded Health Group back in 2000, I could hardly imagine the journey that has brought us here 25 years later. Together with my wife Irene Herbst, I have had the privilege of running and developing the company, which of course makes it a bit sad to say goodbye.

Health Group will continue day-to-day operations as before, ensuring continuity for customers, partners and employees. At the same time, the integration with Acture opens up a wider range of services and solutions, allowing Health Group to complement its existing offerings with Acture's strong competencies within insurance and digital health.
